UPS Ground Residential ( 2 - 5 Business days )
UPS 3 Day Select ( Guaranteed Delivery in 3 business days )
UPS Second Day Air ( Guaranteed Delivery in 2 business days )
UPS Next Day Air ( Guaranteed Delivery in 1 business day )
UPS Next Day Air - Next Day Air Saturday Delivery ( Guaranteed Delivery on Saturday )

Select a Shipping Method:

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. All items that we carry are in stock unless marked out of stock. Most orders ship same day, however orders placed after 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time will ship the next business day. UPS will not deliver to P.O Boxes. If you have special delivery instructions, please contact us

Estimate your Delivery Time

UPS Ground delivery takes up to 5 business days within the Continental US and is available during business days only. UPS Ground service is not available for Alaska, & Hawaii. Scroll up and look at the UPS MAP to get an accurate estimate. International orders please contact customer service via email: info@houseofscooters.com.

Hawaii/Alaska Shipping

Hawaii/Alaska orders can only be shipped via: UPS Second Day, or Next Day Air.

International Orders:

All international orders (CANADA) are shipped via UPS. For orders with international billing addresses, we require our customers to fax us a copy of their identification and credit card. This is a security measure that we need to take in order to verify billing addresses.

APO/FPO Shipping

Currently we do no ship to APO/FPO Addresses.

Tracking your Order:

Be sure to write down your order number as it is the easiest way for us to locate your order should you have any questions. You will automatically be emailed a tracking number and the carrier that will be shipping your product. Your "Tracking Email" will provide a link for you to track your package easily and promptly. You can also track your order online directly at WWW.UPS.COM.
