Without a valid Email address your order can not be processed. We do not sell or give out Email addresses nor will we send you any unsolicited email. We request your Email address in order to contact you in the event we have any questions regarding your order and to Email you confirmation that your product has shipped along with a tracking number and an exact date of expected arrival.

All online transactions at the www.houseofscooters.com are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it reaches our destination.
Returns & Warranty Information:
Items returned must be in new resellable condition as originally shipped to you, complete with all documentation. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. RMA (Return Merchandise Request) is required. Actual shipping costs are non-refundable, and we charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items. Please review our policies on returns & warranty.
Return Policy for Electric Scooters, Electric Bikes, and Parts:
Returns for Schwinn, Razor, Izip, eZip and all other Electric Scooters, Parts & Bikes are acceptable only if the product you purchased has not been used.
We do not accept returns for any used scooter or e-bike.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns.
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of product, that you intend to return.
All returns must be in complete original packaging.
All products which offer "Free Shipping" have a non-refundable shipping charge which is added into the item price. Therefore, if you return a product which included "free shipping", you will be refunded the original amout less the actual shipping charge & restocking fee.
Actual Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the return freight charge. 20% restocking fee for any items refused.
If you decide to return your product under these circumstances, with an RMA, please remember we do not reimburse original shipping costs, nor do we reimburse any shipping expenses you may incur when returning a product.
All returns are inspected by an experienced technician. Returns that does not comply with our store policy, may be subject to additional
charges.
