Without a valid Email address your order can not be processed. We do not sell or give out Email addresses nor will we send you any unsolicited email. We request your Email address in order to contact you in the event we have any questions regarding your order and to Email you confirmation that your product has shipped along with a tracking number and an exact date of expected arrival.

All online transactions at the www.houseofscooters.com are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it reaches our destination.
Returns & Warranty Information:
Returns of any product, must be in new resellable condition as originally shipped to you, complete with all documentation. Actual shipping costs are non-refundable, and we will charge upto a 20% restocking fee. Please review our policies on returns & warranty.
Return Policy for Electric Scooters & Electric Bikes:
Please review our Return Policy, and read it carefully!
Returns for Schwinn, Razor, Izip, eZip and all other Electric Scooters & Bikes are ONLY acceptable if the product you purchased has not been used.
In order for any return to be considered you must comply with all of the rules set below.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any used scooter, bike, or skateboard.
All Scooters, Electric Bikes, & Skateboards received with damages from shipping do NOT consitute a return. We will ship you replacement parts at no charge.
There is an automatic 10%(upto 20%) Restocking fee for all Electric Scooters, E-Boards, Electric Bikes which are returned.
Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of product, if you intend to return your Scooter, Bike or Board.
All returns must be in complete original packaging.
All Scooters, Bikes & Boards which offer "Free Shipping" have a non-refundable shipping charge which is added into the item price. Therefore, if you return a product which included free shipping, you will be refunded the original amout less the actual shipping charge & restocking fee.
Actual Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refused Shipments: If a shipmenty is refused for any reason, customer is responsible for the freight charge incurred. House of Scooters will also charge a 10% restocking fee for any items refused(we can waive this at our discretion).
If you decide to return your product under these circumstances, remember we do not reimburse original shipping costs, nor do we reimburse any shipping expenses you will incur when returning a product.
All returns are inspected upon delivery by an experienced technician. Any return that does not comply with our return policy, may be liable for additional
charges.
